Highway 10 <br />Mounds View,MN 55112 <br />RE: U S WEST Easement N 095 <br />Dear Jim: <br />North Star Land Services is currently dealing with Multi -Tech <br />Systems located at 2205 Woodale Drive in Mounds View in hopes of <br />obtaining a 20' x 20' easement fora Telecommunication enclosure <br />(see attached) for our client, U S WEST COMMUNICATIONS. <br />I have met with Multi -Tech and we have tentatively agreed on <br />a site location (see attached map). Before we get to far along in <br />the negotiations, I would like to know if the City of Mounds View <br />would have any objections or suggestions on the location (perhaps <br />you may have future road expansion plans for County Road H2); more <br />importantly do we need to acquire a Conditional Use Permit for such <br />an enclosure? <br />If you could please pass this information along to the <br />necessary people, as we discussed, it would be greatly appreciated. <br />I will be available for any questions or on -site meetings if <br />necessary. <br />Thank you for your kind attention in this matter.
