Highway 10 <br />Mounds View, MN 55112 <br />RE: U S WEST Easement N-096 <br />I would like to address a couple of items you had concerti <br />about regarding the installation of the U S WEST telecommunication <br />enclosure. <br />As far as access to the facility, I was told by the U S WES' <br />engineer that while constructing the enclosure there would_Y, <br />vehicles parked on County Road H2 and that a permit would. <br />applied for by U S WEST for this entire project. <br />After the cabinet is installed it will very seldom be needy <br />any maintenance; I was told approximately once every 2 to 3 month_ <br />for approximately a couple of hours. During this visit the Tip': <br />WEST vehicle would be parked along County Rd. H2. However, ifthir: <br />City of Mounds View would prefer .
