ITEMS COVEREDiiRE: <br />USED AUTO.SALES LOTS: <br />CONFORMANCE STANDARDS <br />• All car lots shall be brought into conformance within seven <br />(7) years of the date this ordinance is effective. <br />PERFORMANCE STANDARDS <br />• Hours of Operation <br />The hours of operation of the facility shall be 7:00 a.m. to <br />10:00 p.m. <br />Test Drive Route <br />Test driving route and pattern must be submitted and <br />approved prior to operation of a used automobile sales lot. <br />• Surface Water Management <br />All provisions will apply as included in Chapters 1103, 1010 <br />and 1302 relating to Surface Water Management. <br />• Lot Size/Building Size <br />Contiguous Lot <br />Used motor vehicle sales must be one lot or contiguous <br />lots not separated by a public street, alley or other <br />use. <br />Minimum Lot Size <br />A minimum lot area of two acres is required. <br />Minimum Lot Width <br />The minimum lot width is 150 feet at the minimum <br />required front yard setback. <br />Display Area <br />The maximum areas permitted for outside storage of used <br />automobiles can not exceed 2 square feet of outside <br />storage to each 1 square feet of enclosed ground area. <br />Not more than 1 automobile can be stored on each 40 <br />square feet of outside storage area. <br />Rooftop Parking <br />No rooftop parking is permitted. <br />
