Financial assistance from the City of Mounds View could include: <br />1. Low interest loans. <br />2. Tax Increment Financing. <br />3. Government grants. <br />4. Any other areas of financial assistance that are available to the <br />City. <br />Moundsview Square Shopping Center was constructed in 1977. Since <br />1989, Moundsview Square Shopping Center has conducted a series of <br />updates on the property. <br />In 1989, Hardee's was added to the westerly portion of the shopping <br />center with a new landscape facade designed and approved by the City <br />Forestry Department. <br />In 1992, a complete new store front facade was constructed. <br />In 1993, the main parking lot was overlaid with black top. <br />Moundsview Square Shopping Center is unable to make any further <br />necessary renovations at the center without assistance from the City. <br />These renovations are necessary to make the property more financially <br />viable and attractive to the Tenants. <br />At the present time there are 123 full and part time employees. <br />Vacant space square footage is 41,358. Occupied space square <br />footage is 53,870.
