PROGRAM OBJECTIVE <br />1996 <br />• Monitor and continue to make application for state and/or federal <br />funding for Phase I of the rehabilitation of Mounds View's substandard <br />single and multi -family housing stock. <br />• Coordinate and begin implementation of a Highway 10 redevelopment <br />plan. <br />• Continue to implement development proposals to attract and retain <br />quality businesses with the guidance and approval of the EDA. <br />• Monitor the requirements under the Silver Lake Pointe Housing Project <br />Development Assistance agreement. <br />• Monitor the requirements under the Multi -Tech and C.G. Hill <br />Development Assistance Agreements.. <br />• Coordinate the development of Mounds View Business Park East or <br />West, Watson Property and Mustang Drive Industrial Park. <br />• Begin exploring the opportunity for the development of the O'Neil <br />property. <br />• Continue to implement assistance programs for Mounds View <br />Businesses with the guidance and approval of the EDA. <br />1997: <br />• Identify funding sources and monitor Phase II of Mounds View's <br />Housing Rehabilitation Program. <br />• Monitor the Completion of Phase I of the Highway 10 Redevelopment <br />Program <br />• Complete development of Mounds View Business Park East or West, <br />Watson Property and Mustang Drive Industrial Park. <br />• Begin Development of the O'Neil Property. <br />• Continue to implement development proposals to attract and retain <br />quality businesses with the guidance and approval of the EDA. <br />• Monitor the City's business assistance programs <br />1998: <br />• Monitor the Completion of Phase II of Mounds View's Housing <br />Rehabilitation Program as it relates to funding sources. <br />
