It is anticipated that the economic development activities will increase <br />over the next year with the redevelopment of Highway 10, pursuit of <br />rehabilitation money for housing program, build out of remaining <br />commerciakindustrial properties in Mounds <br />View and turn over of businesses in Mounds View Business Park <br />generating the need for a part time administrative aide to focus on <br />business retention and development activities. Approximately, 25% of <br />the F-T Administrative Aide would be dedicated to these activities. <br />1996: <br />Laser Printer: To improve efficiency and with increased demands and <br />duties of the Administrative Clerk it is projected that a new laser printer <br />will be needed for this position. Approximately, 10% of this printer will <br />be dedicated to retention and recruitment activities. <br />Upgraded Computer System - Administrative Aide: With the projection of <br />a F-T Administrative Aide in 1997, it is anticipated that there will be a <br />need an upgraded computer for this position in 1997 to maximize <br />efficiently. Approximately, 25% of the cost for this upgrade would be <br />dedicated to economic development activities. <br />20 <br />
