CLEAN UP DAY UPDATE <br />The Clean Up Day held on May 20 was, according to the haulers who provided <br />services, the most successful yet in terms of numbers served. A contributing <br />factor was obviously the subsidizing of certain items. The total budgeted through <br />the Recycling Fund for the event was $4000. Of this amount, almost $3000 was <br />used to pay for tires, batteries and appliances. Final numbers on the Clean Up day <br />will be presented in the upcoming issue of Mounds View Matters. <br />Paul H. <br />
