Chapter 1107.03 of the Mounds <br />View Municipal Code allows for the subdivision of R-2 property within the <br />City. The subdivisions are subject to the requirements listed in Title <br />1200, "Subdivisions", as they relate to lot size, setbacks, orientation, <br />etc. <br />The applicants request would create four (4) lots out of two (2) existing <br />properties. The attached Certificate of Survey indicates the proposed <br />layout of the property.
