H2 <br />Murzyn Liquor, 2840 Highway 10 <br />On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor and Sunday Sales <br />Robert's Off 10 <br />Mermaid, Inc. <br />Donatelle's Supper Club <br />On -Sale Wine <br />Bel -Rae Ballroom 5394 Edgewood Drive <br />Staff has completed the following investigations regarding the renewal <br />of the licenses: <br />Report from Police Chief Ramacher which indicated there were <br />no incidents which would prevent any of the above licenses <br />to not receive their renewal. <br />• Report from the Utility Department indicated that all utilities are <br />paid -- no delinquent accounts. <br />Report from Katherine Gove, Fire Marshall, indicating code <br />violations at Bel -Rae Ballroom, Robert's Off 10, and Mermaid Supper <br />Club. Reinspection are scheduled for the upcoming month and staff <br />is recommending approval of the license contingent upon successful <br />approval of the reinspeetion. <br />J{ECOMMENDATION; <br />Michele Sever on leputy Clerk <br />
