Staff was directed to prepare the necessary <br /> documentation for the May 22 meeting. <br /> Attached hereto is Ordinance No. 563 which would amend the City Code and <br /> allow for Agenda Meeting times to be set by Council resolution rather than <br /> ordinance. <br /> Also changed (and only as a discussion point that can remain or be removed) <br /> is the number of Councilmembers required to conduct business at an Agenda ; <br /> Work Session if called to order. The previous ordinance called for all four <br /> Councilmembers to be present.
