4. Cul-de-Sac Lots. The adjusted front footage for those lots that exist on cul- <br /> de-sacs will be calculated at the midsection of the lot at the most <br /> reasonably defined and determinable position. This line will be computed <br /> by connecting the midpoints of the two side lot lines.
