The monument sign should be installed soon. <br /> * The parking lot has been striped. <br /> * A computer/cash register system has been reviewed this week with the <br /> finance department staff. All are comfortable with the system. Apparently, <br /> it was a practical joke between employees. The "bomb" was a novelty item <br /> purchased at a store. The management did not find the joke funny (neither <br /> did we), both employees were talked to. <br /> * Kathy Bednar is conducting a saftey class for pre-schoolers <br /> this Thursday. <br /> * Terry Broos, Dave Brick, Bob Nelson, and Tom Baumgart have been off on <br /> different training classes this week. <br /> * Over the weekend, "gang" graffiti was painted on Hillview <br /> shelter bldg. and Landmark Estates garages. We have suspects, but not <br /> enough probable cause to talk to them. <br /> * Jerry Johnson flew to Flordia this week to attend to his ailing father. <br />
