RESOLUTION NO. 4760 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL <br /> USE PERMIT TO ALLOW AN OVERSIZED GARAGE FOR ANTHONY HONKOMP, <br /> 2908 ARDAN AVENUE, PLANNING CASE NO. 411-95 <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the <br /> request of Anthony Honkomp for an oversized garage; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Zoning Ordinance-allows -by- <br /> conditional use permit, up to 1, 264 square feet of garage square <br /> footage on one lot; and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant is proposing a 940 square foot <br /> attached garage; and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed building meets all applicable <br /> setback requirements. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br /> City Council approves the requested conditional use permit for an <br /> oversized garage by Anthony Honkomp, 2908 Ardan Avenue, <br /> contingent upon the following: <br /> a) The conditional use permit be recorded with Ramsey Co. <br /> b) The building be designed and maintained to provide a <br /> uniform appearance with the dwelling unit. <br /> Adopted this 24th day of April, 1995 <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Mayor <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Clerk-Administrator <br />
