RESOLUTION NO. 4759 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE GRANT APPLICATION <br /> FOR REDEVELOPMENT OF WOODCREST PARK. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Mounds View act as legal <br /> sponsor—for the project contained in the Outdoor Recreation <br /> Grant Program Application to be submitted on May 1, 1995 and <br /> that the Director of Parks, Recreation & Forestry is hereby <br /> authorized to apply to the Department of Natural Resources <br /> for funding of this project on behalf of the City of Mounds <br /> View. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Mounds View has the <br /> legal authority to apply for financial assistance, and the <br /> institutional, managerial, and financial capability to <br /> ensure adequate construction, operation, maintenance and <br /> replacement of the proposed project for its design life. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Mounds View has not <br /> incurred any costs, has not entered into any written <br /> agreement to purchase property. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Mounds View has not <br /> violated any Federal, State or Local laws pertaining to <br /> fraud, bribery, graft, kickbacks, collusion, conflict or <br /> interest or other unlawful or corrupt practice. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that upon approval of its application <br /> by the state, the City of Mounds View may enter into an <br /> agreement with the State of Minnesota for the above- <br /> referenced project and that the City of Mounds View <br /> certifies that it will comply with all applicable laws and <br /> regulations as stated in the contract agreement and describe <br /> in the Compliances section of the Outdoor Recreation Grant <br /> Program Application. <br />
