RESOLUTION NO. 4756 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT REVIEW/PLANNED UNIT <br /> DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT FOR DYNEX INDUSTRIES, 4751 MUSTANG CIRCLE, <br /> PLANNING CASE NO. 407-95 <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the <br /> request of Dynex Industries for a Development Review/Planned Unit <br /> Development Amendment for a phased building addition at 4751 <br /> Mustang Circle;__and <br /> WHEREAS, Dynex has submitted an application and Site <br /> Plan for the proposed project dated February 22, 1995; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Consulting Engineer has reviewed the <br /> grading, drainage and erosion control plan for the project and <br /> found it in conformance with applicable City Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed building meets all applicable <br /> requirements of the Mounds View Municipal Code relating to <br /> development. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br /> City Council approves the requested Development Review/Planned <br /> Unit Development Amendment for a phased building addition at 4751 <br /> Mustang Circle contingent upon the following: <br /> a) A landscape plan and planting schedule shall be <br /> submitted for review and approval by the City Forester. <br /> b) Fire suppression devices shall be provided on the <br /> property per the direction of the Mounds View Fire <br /> Department. <br /> Adopted this 24th day of April, 1995 <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Mayor <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Clerk-Administrator <br />
