In accordance with the City's 5 <br /> Step Compensation Policy, this position is due for a wage adjustment. <br /> Mr. Harrington is currently at Step 2, $3,481. 37/mo. , of the 5 Step <br /> Compensation Plan. His performance has been satisfactory and staff is <br /> recommending a wage adjustment to Step 3 , $3, 686. 16/mo.
