RESOLUTION NO. 4737 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION REQUESTING TRANSFER OF FUNDS FOR ARBITRATOR'S SERVICES <br /> RENDERED IN THE MATTER OF INTEREST ARBITRATION BETWEEN THE CITY OF <br /> MOUNDS VIEW AND THE MINNESOTA TEAMSTERS PUBLIC AND LAW <br /> ENFORCEMENT EMPLOYEES UNION, LOCAL 320. <br /> WHEREAS, the arbitrator has billed the City for services provided in the matter of <br /> interest arbitration between the City of Mounds View and the Minnesota Teamsters <br /> Public and Law Enforcement Employee's Union, Local 320; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is common practice for both parties to evenly divide the fee; and <br /> WHEREAS, the total fee was $4,081 .36, half of this amount is $2,040.68; and <br /> WHEREAS, since this was not a budgeted item, it is requested these funds be <br /> transferred from Contingency Account No. 100-4700-910 to Human Resources <br /> Account No. 100-4132-303. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED $2,040.68 be transferred from Contingency <br /> Account No. 100-4700-910 to Human Resources Account No. 100-4132-303. <br /> Presented this 27th day of March, 1995. <br /> (ATTEST) <br /> Jerry Linke, Mayor <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Samantha Orduno, City Administrator <br />
