Licensing these businesses would <br /> allow the City to place some regulation on the activity, including hours of operation and noise <br /> levels. It would also ensure that the businesses are adequately insured. <br /> As discussed at the March 6th work session, Community Development Secretary Barb Benesch <br /> contacted surrounding communities regarding licensing of tree trimmers.
