PUBLIC WORKS <br /> * Gary, Tim F. and Mark began road ratings this week. (Pavement <br /> Management Program) They also are doing temporary boulevard repair. <br /> * Mike-began-working-on-the Water-Conservation/Emergency-Plan. <br /> * We received the Assessment Policy back from our Attorney with corrections <br /> to be made. This policy will be available for review soon. <br /> • Continuing to clean sewer. <br /> • Mark is attending, 3-31-95, a Hazardous Waste Seminar in Maplewood. <br /> Mike <br /> COMMUNITY <br /> DEVELOPMENT <br /> NUISANCE ORDINANCE <br /> Since the adoption of the Nuisance Ordinance on March 20, Staff has received six <br /> (6) positive calls regarding the document. Two of the callers reported violations in <br /> their neighborhoods and were thankful that the City was taking an aggressive <br /> position with violators. Staff used the calls as an opportunity to also discuss the <br /> merits of the Housing Stock Analysis with the residents. All but one were unaware <br /> of the study but, said they would make an effort to view the document at City Hall <br /> or the Library. <br /> SPRING CLEAN-UP DAY <br /> Staff will be meeting with representatives of the hauling company on Friday to <br /> discuss a fee schedule for the Spring Clean-up Day.
