If the Task Force were to continue,it is suggested that the team break up <br /> into groups. Each group would be responsible for completing the particulars of an assigned program <br /> such as the Buy Mounds View First Campaign,Advertising Campaign,Good News Campaign and the <br /> implementation and coordination of image enhancers.Each group would work independently with City <br /> Staff assistance and the full task force will meet and discuss progress on programs quarterly. All final <br /> decisions for implementation would be subject to EDA approval. <br /> It is recommended that the City of Mounds View apply for a Northern States Power Marketing Grant to <br /> subsidize the cost of the proposed Marketing Program.
