RESOLUTION NO. 4742 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A CHARITABLE GAMBLING LICENSE <br /> FOR A ONE DAY, OFF-SITE LAWFUL GAMBLING PERMIT <br /> MINNESOTA DEER HUNTERS ASSOCIATION <br /> WHEREAS, the North Suburban Chapter of the Minnesota-Deer <br /> Hunters Association has submitted an application to the City of Mounds <br /> View to conduct a one day, off-site gambling event; and <br /> WHEREAS, the North Suburban Chapter of the Minnesota Deer <br /> Hunters Association has requested to hold this one day, off-site raffling <br /> event at the Bel-Rae Ballroom in the City of Mounds View; and <br /> WHEREAS, this raffle is scheduled to take place on December 4, <br /> 1995; and <br /> WHEREAS, all paperwork for this application has been properly <br /> filed with the City of Mounds View. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br /> City of Mounds View that the North Suburban Chapter of the Minnesota <br /> Deer Hunters Association is hereby approved to conduct a one day, off- <br /> site raffling event in the City of Mounds View at the Bel-Rae Ballroom on <br /> December 4, 1995. <br /> Adopted. this 10th day of April, 1995. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Mayor <br /> (SEAL) <br /> City Administrator <br />
