In accordance with -the City's <br /> 5 Step Compensation Policy, this position is due for a wage adjustment. <br /> Ms. Asleson is currently at Step 2, which is $1991.76/mo. Her performance <br /> has been satisfactory and staff is recommending a wage adjustment to Step <br /> 3 , $2108 .93/mo.
