RESOLUTION NO. 4475 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A STEP ADJUSTMENT FOR PUBLIC WORKS <br /> SUPERVISOR MIKE ULRICH <br /> WHEREAS, Mike Ulrich has been working with the City of Mounds View <br /> since November of 1987; and <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Ulrich's work performance has met the responsibilities <br /> of the Public Works Supervisor as outlined in the job description; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, his work performance has been determined to be <br /> satisfactory; and <br /> WHEREAS, a wage adjustment that is fair and consistent with the <br /> City's compensation policy is recommended. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br /> hereby approve a step adjustment for Mike Ulrich from Step 4 . 5 <br /> $4040 .22/month to Step 5, $4143 . 81/month effective 1/13/94 . <br /> Presented this 10th day of January, 1994. <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Jerry Linke, Mayor <br /> (ATTEST) <br /> Samantha Orduno, City Administrator <br />
