B. MEETING ATTENDANCE <br /> SEH shall attend meetings as directed by the CITY. Meetings shall include but are <br /> not necessarily limited to the following: <br /> 1. City Council and Workshop Meetings <br /> 2. Public Agency Meetings <br /> 3.- - - Court Hearings -- <br /> SECTION <br /> SECTION II - IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS <br /> A. GENERAL <br /> SEH shall design and prepare plans and specifications and provide general <br /> construction services for Improvement Projects as directed by the CITY. <br /> Individual improvement projects shall be identified and the scope and detail <br /> thereof described in a brief Supplemental Letter Agreement submitted by SEH to <br /> the CITY which letter proposal shall provide details for payment to SEH. Written <br /> acceptance and/or authorizing council action of any agreement submitted will be <br /> required prior to commencing work. <br /> B. DESIGN PHASE <br /> After SEH has received authorization to proceed with the final design phase, SEH <br /> shall: <br /> 1. On the basis of the approved preliminary documents,prepare construction <br /> drawings and specifications for the Project or such a portion thereof as out- <br /> lined by the CITY. Such plans and specifications shall be prepared in accor- <br /> dance with CITY requirements and the requirements of those State and/or <br /> Federal Agencies from whom approvals must be obtained. <br /> 2. Advise the CITY of any adjustment of the project cost estimate caused by <br /> changes in scope, design requirements or construction cost, and furnish a <br /> revised cost estimate for the Project based on the completed drawings and <br /> specifications. <br /> Page No. 3 November 17, 1993 <br />
