To become a member, the attached <br /> Joint Powers Agreement should be executed. Additionally, the attached invoice will outline <br /> the city's membership fee for 1994. <br /> For your benefit, enclosed is a copy of our 1993 Annual Report. This document summarizes <br /> the issues and activities of the Association, and should provide you with an understanding as <br /> to the benefits of participation. Enclosed also is a copy of the Association's promotional <br /> vehicle currently being circulated to the development community.
