PROPOSAL PROPOSAL
"B.J." HOUSE DOCTOR
15401 SUNFISH BLVD
RAMSEY, MN. 55303-4578
(612) 323-9245
4 FEB., 1994
KINYON RENTAL PROPERTIES
5312 RAYMOND AVENUE
MOUNDSVIEW, MN.55112
TO REPLACE LIVING ROOM WINDOWS:
This Quote requires approval of the actual window, and is dependant on what is selected.
All discussion is based on an exterior clad type of casement style window, with low E rated insulated
glass.
One manufacturer supplies a standard unit in approximately 4 ft. by 4 ft. 2 panel with one operator. No
custom sizes are available. ESTIMATE$1300.00 per window, (two of these units) if installed just prior to
residing, or concurrent with. This would be$2600.00 for one bldg.,
Custom size order to fit existing opening, requires removal of brick mold and actual measurement of
opening to be fit. This way could be done without replacing siding at$1800.00 per window or$3600.00
per bldg. Or$3400.00 if siding is being replaced concurrently.
Prices on windows seems to be more stable then bldg. materials (wood) in general but is dependant on
schedule of available and market demand. Higher demand leads to longer lead time, and in Oct 93 the
lead time was 5 weeks from order to arrival.
SINCE'ELY
4
.,. J.
MER
7
