Chapter 40. 19 <br /> Subdivision D (2) allows for open or outdoor sales in a B-4 zoning district <br /> with the issuance of a Conditional Use Permit. The application, as <br /> submitted, meets all applicable sections of Chapter 40. <br /> The Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed the request and <br /> recommended approval in Resolution No. 376-94 . As part of their review, <br /> the Planning Commission identified two (2) major areas of concern: <br /> 1) The location of the proposed greenhouse structure is <br /> located at the intersection of two :internal drive <br /> aisles .on the property (please see attached site plan) . <br /> Based on discussions with Staff and the Planning <br /> Commission, the applicant has agreed to locate the <br /> greenhouse structure a minimum of 20-25 feet off of the <br /> intersection curb line. This should provide a more than <br /> adequate "site triangle" for traffic on the property. <br /> 2) The request references the need for electricity on the <br /> site 24 hours per day. The applicant has verified that the <br /> electrical needs on the property will be provided via <br /> Mounds View Square.
