Resolution No. 4523 <br /> Page Two <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View conveys the aforemen- <br /> tioned tax forfeited land back to the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota shall convey the ease- <br /> ments to the intended user being the Metropolitan Waste Con- <br /> trol Commission; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View is requesting the recon- <br /> veyance of the aforementioned tax forfeited land, subject to <br /> the easements to the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission for <br /> public park purposes. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br /> the City of Mounds View respectfully requests that the real <br /> property described above be reconveyed to the City of Mounds <br /> View following the granting of appropriate and necessary <br /> easements. <br /> Adopted this 14th day of March, 1994 . <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Mayor <br /> (SEAL) <br /> City Administrator <br />
