Parcel 12 Abstract <br /> EASEMENT <br /> THIS INSTRUMENT, made this day of , 19 , by <br /> and between the City of Mounds View, A Minnesota Municipal <br /> Corporation, of the County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, Grantor, <br /> and the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission, a duly constituted <br /> Metropolitan Agency organized pursuant to Minnesota Laws 1975, <br /> Chapter 13 , Minnesota Statutes §473 .503 , Grantee; <br /> WITNESSETH, that Grantor, in consideration of One Dollar and <br /> other good and valuable consideration to it in hand paid by <br /> Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby <br /> grant, bargain, sell, and convey to Grantee, its successors and <br /> assigns, the following described easements for sanitary sewer and <br /> utility purposes: <br /> (See Exhibit A, attached to and made a part hereof) <br /> The above described easements include the rights of Grantee, <br /> its contractors, agents and employees to do whatever is necessary <br /> for enjoyment of the rights granted herein including the right to <br /> enter the easements for purposes of constructing, operating, <br /> maintaining, altering, repairing, replacing, and/or removing said <br /> sewers and utilities. <br /> Grantor, its heirs, successors and assigns, will not erect, <br /> construct, or create any building, improvement, obstruction or <br /> structure of any kind, either above or below the surface, or <br /> stockpile soils, construction debris, or construction equipment, or <br /> change the grade thereof, without the express written permission of <br /> the Grantee. <br /> -1- <br />
