RESOLUTION NO. 4521 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE HIRE OF 'CATHY BENNETT <br /> ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR <br /> WHEREAS, _ Cathy Bennett applied for the position of Economic <br /> Development Coordinator as advertised by the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, Ms. Bennett was interviewed by the interview panel and <br /> determined to be an excellent candidate; and <br /> WHEREAS, Ms. Bennett has met the criteria and is qualified for the <br /> position as outlined in the job announcement and job description; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, her education and past work experience indicates she has <br /> the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job tasks and <br /> duties of the Economic Development Coordinator position; and <br /> WHEREAS, this hire is contingent upon successful completion of a <br /> physical examination and drug test. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the interview panel recommends that <br /> Cathy Bennett be hired for this Economic Development Coordinator <br /> position starting Monday, April 4, 1994 at $2973 . 03/mo. to be <br /> funded out of Account Number 100-4120-010. <br /> Presented this 14th day of March, 1994 . <br /> (SEAL) - <br /> Phyllis Blanchard, Acting Mayor <br /> (ATTEST) <br /> Tim Cruikshank, Acting City Administrator <br />
