We would be <br />in favor of granting them a used car license contingent upon annual review and/or management change. We do <br />not wish to set a precedent for this property to be sold to another used car franchise for fear of blight. Also, <br />should the current tenants leave, we can not envision another type of business operating at this intersection, <br />especially a bar/tavern. <br /> <br />Our only concern with this property is that the car wash dryers are extremely noisy, and we would ask that the <br />hours of operation be limited, especially in the early morning hours, late evenings, and on Saturdays.
