<br />Res 7557 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View, Minnesota that the City Council makes the following findings based on <br />the preponderance of the evidence at the public hearing: <br /> <br />1. The License Holder has violated Section 502.04, subdivision 26 of the City <br />Code by becoming delinquent in its payment of property taxes for the <br />Property. <br /> <br />2. The License Holder has violated Minnesota Statutes Section 340A.415, <br />when it purchased alcohol from another retailer for the purpose of resale <br />while being on the Minnesota Department of Revenue Liquor Posting Tax <br />Delinquent List. <br /> <br />3. Section 502.16, subdivision 1 of the City Code allows the City Council to <br />revoke any liquor license for violation of any provisions or condition of <br />Chapter 502 of the City Code or any State law regulating the sale of <br />intoxicating liquors after holding a public hearing on the revocation and <br />providing eight days’ written notice to the licensee. <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Mounds View that the following actions shall be taken with regard to the License <br />Holder: <br /> <br />1.
