Council & Department Head Retreat – Feb 12 <br /> <br />The Council and Department Head retreat is scheduled for Friday, February 12 at Random <br />Park. The retreat is presently scheduled for 6 pm, but we thought we’d start with some food <br />at 5:30 to keep things moving along. Staff will present the Council with departmental <br />updates and accomplishments from 2009 (you’ll have already seen the Community <br />Development report) and we’ll begin the goal setting process for 2010 and beyond. Other <br />issues to discuss will include budget assumptions for 2011, consideration of the police chief <br />position, and a discussion regarding the Community Center.
