Authorize the City of Mounds View to put its 2030 Comprehensive Plan <br />Update into effect; <br />2. Advise the City to: <br />a. Participate in Council activities to monitor redevelopment and infill in <br />Developed communities. <br />b. Implement the advisory comments noted in the Review Record <br />addressing transportation, aviation, surface water management and <br />water supply. <br /> <br />Recommendations of the Environment Committee <br />Approve the City of Mounds View’s Tier II Comprehensive Sewer Plan.
