CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />A. DISCUSS UNION CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS <br /> <br />Clerk-Administrator Ericson and Council reviewed and discussed the status of the <br />Mounds View LELS Police Officer Union contract negotiations. <br /> <br />B. CONDUCT AN EVALUATION OF AN INDIVIDUAL SUBJECT TO THE <br />CITY COUNCIL’S AUTHORITY. <br /> <br />The City Council reviewed the performance of the Clerk-Administrator, James <br />Ericson.
