RESOLUTION 7585 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />APPROVING A POLICY ESTABLISHING RESERVATION PRIORITY FOR USE OF <br />CITY ATHLETIC FIELDS <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds Views owns, maintains, and reserves its athletic <br />fields (baseball, softball, soccer, etc) to various groups throughout the year; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, demand for reserving the City’s athletic fields is greater during <br />spring and summer months and can lead to shortage of available fields for use; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation and Forestry Commission recommends a <br />policy to guide City staff or its agents to make determinations as to the priority of groups <br />interested in reserving City athletic fields. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. The City approve the attached policy which will establish reservation priority <br />for use of City athletic fields. <br />2.
