Reports of Mayor and Council. 35 <br /> 36 <br />Council Member Gunn congratulated Jimmy Gjere, a student at Irondale High School for being 37 <br />nominated to play on the Army All American Team. 38 <br /> 39 <br />Mayor Flaherty noted the City was taking applications for Citizen of the Year. He reviewed the 40 <br />criteria for nomination and stated applications would be available at City Hall or on the City’s 41 <br />website through February 24, 2010. 42 <br /> 43 <br />Council Member Mueller thanked the Police Department and Officer Keckeisen for the crime 44 <br />prevention summaries. 45
