Address Immediate Budget Constraints and Achieve Budget Sustainability <br />2. Enhance City Revenue Streams <br />3. Focus on County Highway 10 Development and Redevelopment <br />4. Continue implementing the Street and Utility Improvement Program <br />5. Continue Emphasis on Code Enforcement throughout the City <br />6. Ensure Long-Term Municipal I-net Backbone Connectivity <br />7. Continue Focus on Issues Relating to Home Foreclosures and Vacancies <br />8. Assess and Improve Community Center Operations <br />9.
