PUBLIC INPUT 28 <br /> 29 <br />Mike Read, 2208 Lois Drive, suggested the Council recognize two residents, Anna and Ella, 30 <br />Schovanec who were involved with the street project and worked with staff on the funding of the 31 <br />project. Mayor Flaherty agreed recognition is deserved and asked staff to invite them to a 32 <br />Council meeting. 33 <br /> 34 <br />6. SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS 35 <br /> A. Kara Wattunen, Miss Ramsey County International 2010. 36 <br /> 37 <br />Mayor Flaherty welcomed Kara Wattunen, Miss Ramsey County International 2010. 38 <br /> 39 <br />Ms. Wattunen thanked the Council for inviting her to the meeting and described the competition 40 <br />process. Mayor Flaherty noted that all of the young women in this competition deserve 41 <br />recognition for their community involvement, wished Ms. Wattunen good luck, and invited her 42 <br />to return after the State competition. 43 <br /> 44 <br />7.
