Grievance Procedure <br /> <br />4.1 The grievance procedure for the EMPLOYEES shall be as prescribed by <br />Section 308 1.20 of the Personnel Manual. <br /> <br />6. Article 11. Compensatory Time <br /> <br />11.3. The maximum total accrued compensatory time balance shall not exceed 50 <br />60 hours per employee. <br /> <br />7. Article 31.
