Mayor 30 <br />Flaherty stated it provided an opportunity for the Council to meet with staff and residents to 31 <br />discuss and set goals for this year for the coming years. He read the goals that the Council set at 32 <br />the meeting. 33 <br /> 34 <br />1. Address Immediate Budget Constraints and Achieve Budget Sustainability 35 <br />2. Enhance City Revenue Streams 36 <br />3. Focus on County Highway 10 Development and Redevelopment 37 <br />4. Continue implementing the Street and Utility Improvement Program 38 <br />5. Continue Emphasis on Code Enforcement throughout the City 39 <br />6. Ensure Long-Term Municipal I-net Backbone Connectivity 40 <br />7. Continue Focus on Issues Relating to Home Foreclosures and Vacancies 41 <br />8. Assess and Improve Community Center Operations 42 <br />9.
