If the City were to place a question <br />on the ballot for the primary, then the City Council should have the questions approved <br />by Resolution no later than the first City Council Meeting in May. (204B.35, subd 4) <br /> <br />Aug 3 First day to file affidavits of candidacy for city offices without municipal primaries and for <br />school district offices.
