RESOLUTION NO. 7604 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Authorizing Insurance Policies for the Year January 2010 through December 2010 <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has made application for insurance policies to <br />cover the period of January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010 and received proposed <br />policies from the League of Minnesota Cites Insurance Trust (LMCIT) and Chubb <br />Insurance. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Mounds <br />View authorizes staff to purchase the following insurance policies from the LMCIT and <br />Chubb Insurance for the period of January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010 and to <br />make payment of premiums as they become due: <br /> <br /> <br /> Internet Liability (Chubb) $ 2,500 <br /> Comprehensive Municipal Coverage (LCMIT) 86,328 <br /> Worker’s Compensation (LCMIT) 88,168 <br /> <br /> Total $176,996 <br /> <br /> Adopted this 12th Day of April 2010. <br /> <br /> <br /> ______________________________ <br /> Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br />(ATTEST) <br /> <br /> ______________________________ <br /> Jim Ericson <br /> City Clerk/Administrator <br /> <br />(SEAL)
