RESOLUTION 7607 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />APPROVING AN OUTDOOR LIQUOR ENDORSEMENT <br />FOR THE MERMAID LOCATED AT 2200 HIGHWAY 10 <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The Mermaid has a current On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License on <br />file with the City and the Minnesota Department of Public Safety; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The Mermaid is requesting to sell intoxicating liquor outdoors; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, 502.04, subd. Of the City Code, states that the licensee must make <br />application for the special endorsement to the City and provide site plans which <br />illustrate the proposed outdoor service area; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all necessary applications and plans for the establishment have <br />been submitted; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of The Mermaid’s Outdoor Liquor <br />Consumption Endorsement. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />does hereby approve an Outdoor Liquor Consumption Endorsement for The Mermaid, <br />located at 2200 Highway 10. <br /> <br /> NOW, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Outdoor Liquor Endorsement for <br />The Mermaid will expire on June 30, 2010. <br /> <br /> <br /> Adopted this 26th day of April, 2010. <br /> <br /> <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> James Ericson, Clerk-Administrator <br /> <br />(seal)
