Violation of Provisions: The violation of any provision or condition of this Chapter <br />by a beer or licensee’s agent shall be grounds for revocation or suspension of the <br />license. Cause for Suspension: The Council may suspend or revoke any 3.2 percent <br />malt liquor license for violation of any provision or condition of this Chapter or any <br />State law regulating the sale of 3.2 percent malt liquor and shall revoke such license if <br />the licensee willingly violates any provision of Minnesota Statutes Chapter 340A or <br />this Chapter. <br /> <br />Subd. 2. Federal Retail Liquor Dealer's Special Tax Stamp: The license of any person who <br />holds a Federal retail liquor dealer's special tax stamp shall be revoked without notice <br />and without hearing. <br /> <br />Subd. 3 2. Written Notice and Public Hearing: In all other cases, a Except in the case of a <br />suspension pending a hearing on revocation, revocation or suspension license granted <br />under this Chapter may be revoked or suspended by the Council shall be preceded by <br />after written notice to the licensee and a public hearing shall be held. Suspension Pending Hearing: The Council may, without any advance notice, <br />suspend any license pending a hearing on revocation for a period not exceeding thirty <br />(30) days. <br /> <br /> <br />503.12: VIOLATION OF PROVISIONS: Any person violating any provision of <br />this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
