DRAFT <br />4.16.2010 <br /> <br /> <br />Page 1 <br /> <br /> <br />ORDINANCE SUMMARY <br /> <br /> <br />ORDINANCE 843 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 500 OF THE MOUNDS VIEW CITY CODE <br />REGARDING BUSINESS LICENSE REGULATIONS <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />On May 10, 2010, the Mounds View City Council adopted Ordinance 843 which <br />amends Chapters 502 and 503 of the Mounds View City Code regarding Liquor <br />Licenses. <br /> <br />The referenced ordinance represents a comprehensive revision to the liquor license <br />chapters in an effort to make necessary updates, eliminate confusing or inconsistent <br />provisions and to incorporate new legislation. <br /> <br />The Ordinance was first read on April 26, 2010, was adopted on May 10, 2010, was <br />published on May 20, 2010 and will become effective on June 19, 2010. <br /> <br />The ordinance is on file and available for public viewing at the office of the Clerk <br />Administrator.
