<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ORDINANCE SUMMARY <br /> <br /> <br />ORDINANCE 844 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MOUNDS VIEW CITY CODE BY CHANGING <br />ALL OCCURRENCES IN THE CITY CODE OF “CLERK-ADMINISTRATOR” <br />TO “CITY ADMINISTRATOR” <br /> <br /> <br />On March 8, 2010, the Mounds View City Council approved Ordinance 841 which <br />amended the Mounds View City Charter by changing the name of the Clerk-Administrator <br />to City Administrator. In order to make the City Code consistent with the changes made to <br />the City Charter, the City Council adopted Ordinance 844 which amends the City Code such <br />that wherever the words “Clerk-Administrator” appear, such words shall be deleted and <br />replaced with the words “City Administrator.” <br /> <br />Ordinance 844 was first read on April 26, 2010, was adopted on May 10, 2010, was <br />published on May 20, 2010 and will become effective on June 19, 2010. <br /> <br />The ordinance is on file and available for public viewing at the office of the Clerk <br />Administrator.
