Staff is requesting a revision to the 2010 Fee Schedule by add a Temporary <br />Liquor License Fee. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />The Mounds View Festival in the Park Committee would like to serve beer at this year’s <br />festival (Saturday, August 21, 2010). At the last Festival Committee meeting, the <br />committee approved the Blaine/Anoka Jaycees to manage and serve beer/malt beverages. <br /> <br />In order for the Blaine/Anoka Jaycees to sell liquor at City Hall Park, they will need a <br />temporary liquor license. Currently, the City does not charge any fees for this type of <br />license. Review the Application. <br /> <br />2. Verify that the organization has a valid liquor license with the Minnesota <br />Department of Public Safety, Alcohol and Gambling Division. <br /> <br />3. Verify that the organization has adequate insurance in accordance with <br />the City Code.
