<br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 7615 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REVISING THE 2010 FEE SCHEDULE <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, revisions and updates to the Fee Schedule are necessary; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council passed Resolution 7530, which <br />approved the 2010 Fee Schedule; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City currently does not charge a fee for Temporary Liquor Licenses <br />in the 2010 Fee Schedule; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it was the consensus of the City Council to charge $100 for a <br />Temporary Liquor License per event. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Mounds <br />View does hereby approve the revised 2010 Fee Schedule by adding a $100 fee for <br />Temporary Liquor Licenses. <br /> <br /> Adopted this 10th day of May, 2010. <br /> <br /> <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> James Ericson, Clerk-Administrator <br /> <br />(seal) <br />
