To approve the March 22, 2010, City Council Meeting 26 <br />Minutes as corrected on Page 1, Line 38, asked that “Sun Times” be changed to “Sun Focus.” 27 <br /> 28 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 29 <br /> 30 <br />11. Police Department Quarterly Report. 38 <br /> 39 <br />Deputy Police Chief Kinney presented the Police Department first quarter report. He reviewed 40 <br />several highlights with the Council stating that arrests and calls for service were up in 2010 41 <br />compared to 2009. Theft and fraud continue to be the top crimes in the City. Discussion ensued 42 <br />regarding the concerns of bullying in the City schools. 43 <br /> 44
